Maadze LLC (“Maadze”) values your privacy and committed to protecting it, this notice discloses about our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) and practices. And we want you to know how we collect, use and protect the information about our customers. This Privacy Policy will tell you. What personal information we collect from you through maadze.com (“Website”, “Site”) and how it is used and with whom it may be shared. What different options are available to you regarding the use of your data. How securely the payment information is processed to protect the misuse of your information.

SECTION 1 - WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us that can personally identify you (“Personal Information”) such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information.

We may collect Personal Information from Users in a variety of other ways as well, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, fill out a form respond to a survey subscribe to the newsletter and about other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.

Automatically Collected Information

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

    Email Communications

The email id provided by users while order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates related to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list either by the time of placing order or signing up to our newsletter, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product, or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our contact email i.e. info@maadze.com.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with Personal Information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for Personal Information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 4 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose Personal Information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Use.

SECTION 5- SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you through the Site.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. Right to Removal of Posted Information--California Minors

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with Maadze, you have the right to request removal of unwanted information that you publicly post on the Site. To request removal of such information, you can contact Maadze as provided below. Upon receiving such a request, Maadze will make sure that the information is not publicly available on the Site, but the information may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems and databases.

Visitors from Outside of the United States

The Site is hosted in the United States. If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable US laws.
